Betting On Roulette With Software [article from Articleranks]

Betting On Roulette With Software

One thing that has become apparent to roulette enthusiasts such as myself over the past few years is that punters are looking for software programs. By software programs I mean betting tools with pre-coded systems in, they are supposed to improve your chances of winning.

Back in 2006 these programs simply didn't exist and people just looked for betting eBooks instead. In 2007 a program called roulette sniper came out and because it was a software program, people assumed that it would be good automatically.

It quickly sold tens of thousands of copies, prompting developers to create copy cat versions in a bid to get a slice of the pie. Even nowadays copycat programs are still being made, so much so that people don't really bother anymore with eBooks.

These days you can even buy automated roulette software, meaning that they will play for you. All of this sounds great and a software program is certainly better than having to read through an eBook, but are these programs actually effective?

The truth in most cases is that they are not, they are simply based upon the eBooks where the roulette system idea originated. Take some of the legacy eBooks, you would be advised by them to use the Martingale, or sleeper, system.

To use this system you need to place your bet on a part of the table that has not shown up recently, then using the Martingale progression you need to bet on it. For example, waiting for 5 reds in a row and then betting on black and doubling your bets after every loss until you win. Most software programs do exactly this so it is nothing new at all.

The problem with these kinds of betting methods is that it only takes on bad losing run and you will lose everything. If you test them out at a site like http://www.freeroulettesite.com then you will see this for yourself. For these reasons I would always advice caution with regards to these programs and always test them for free before you play for real.
